Each servo we repair is tested electrically and mechanically using the latest technologies and test equipment. This allows us to insure defective and worn components are rebuilt or replaced. Feedback devices such as encoders, resolvers, and tachometers are all calibrated to the OEM standards. Most repair shops do not address feedback devices; this can lead to additional costs and unplanned/unwanted downtime. Static and dynamic tests are also performed to verify that all repairs meet or exceed OEM specifications.
