Matlock
Electric offers cost effective, comprehensive Predictive Maintenance
Programs for rotating equipment. Our monitoring programs use vibration
analysis to consistently identify maintenance issues before they
become critical to a process, and typically provide our customer
with a cost avoidance return on their investment. All service calls
are followed with a clear and easy to use report on our findings. Benefits
of Vibration Monitoring and Analysis include: Matlock Electric's Condition Monitoring Equipment
Vibration
Analysis tools, in the hands of experienced Matlock analysts, have
been determined to be one of the most accurate means of predicting
maintenance needs and failure modes for rotating machinery. Matlock's
staff uses the vibration data and years of experience to solve tough
equipment problems in a cost effective manner. The
state of the art condition monitoring system utilized by the Matlock
staff is Entek IRD's Datapac 1500. The Datapac 1500 is a full featured
portable data collector/ analyzer that monitors the condition of
equipment found in many industries. Coupled with
the Datapac 1500 is Rockwell's Emonitor Odyssey software.
The latest version of Rockwell's Entek Emonitor Odyssey machinery information system provides a new comprehensive method of integrating and analysing machine monitoring data. Emonitor Odyssey offers expanded functionality and improved diagnostics, enabling the enhancement of machine productivity and the reduction of maintenance expenses. Odyssey integrates vibration, speed, process and many other types of condition-indicating data -- from a variety of monitoring technologies -- into a common database, providing a complete picture of plant health. The Microsoft Windows-based software system may be used with portable data collectors, permanently installed surveillance or continuous monitoring systems. Providing fast, accurate fault identification through a powerful array of diagnostic tools, Odyssey includes the ability to automatically recognise and exclude abnormally high or low data (known as 'outliers') from alarm statistics. The
software also has the ability to collect two-channel measurements
simultaneously using the Entek Enpac handheld data collector. This
allows for simultaneous acquisition of magnitude, spectrum and time
waveform data, enabling operators to quickly corroborate findings
and more thoroughly analyse machine conditions without the need for
multiple software programs to integrate data. |
